Some areas around here have genuinely poor internet options, and no amount of troubleshooting changes that. Pearcedale and Langwarrin South are the obvious ones, but there are pockets everywhere across the peninsula. Where the fixed-line options are not good enough, Starlink is a real answer — and it is worth having it mounted and integrated properly rather than sat on a windowsill.
What's included
- Honest assessment of whether Starlink is actually your best option
- Dish sited and mounted for clear sky view, not convenience
- Cabling run and sealed properly, not draped through a window
- Integrated with your existing network, router and WiFi
- Can be set up as a failover alongside an existing connection
- Common in Pearcedale, Langwarrin South and similar pockets
Recent Starlink installation in Cardinia

This installation uses a Hills pole mount fixed to a corrugated iron roof, braced against wind and raised above the parapet for a clear view of the sky. Pricing and site assessment
Every Starlink installation is different. The roof type, mounting position, cable run length and how the service connects into your existing network all affect the work involved, so we quote each job individually after assessing the site.
A minimum site fee of $199 inc. GST applies for an on-site visit to evaluate the installation. If you go ahead with the project, the $199 is deducted from your final invoice.
Questions we get asked
Is Starlink better than what we have?
Sometimes, and sometimes not — it depends what you can actually get where you are. We will tell you honestly. If your existing connection can be fixed for less, that is the better answer and we will say so.
Can we keep our existing connection as well?
Yes, and for a business it is often the right setup. Starlink runs alongside the existing service as a failover so an outage does not stop work.
Do you install it, or just supply it?
Both. The install is the part that matters — dish position, proper cable entry and integration with your network are what separate a Starlink that works from one that frustrates you.
