Microsoft 365 is more than email. The value comes from setting up identities, permissions, file storage, Teams, security and backups so staff can work without creating a collection of unmanaged accounts and shared passwords. We can set up a new tenancy, clean up an existing one or manage the day-to-day administration alongside your other IT support.

What's included

  • Microsoft 365 tenant setup and administration
  • Exchange Online and business email configuration
  • Microsoft Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint setup
  • User onboarding, changes and offboarding
  • Licence review and practical plan selection
  • Multi-factor authentication and account security
  • Mailbox and Microsoft 365 migrations
  • Backup and recovery planning for Microsoft 365 data

Email, identity and access are the foundation

Microsoft 365 is often introduced as an email service, but the user accounts behind it become the identity staff use for email, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint and many other cloud services. That is why account setup, administrator access and multi-factor authentication deserve the same attention as the mailbox itself.

We can help standardise how new staff are created, how licences are assigned and how departing users are disabled or handed over so business data is not lost when somebody leaves.

OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams

These tools are useful when they are organised around how the business actually works. Problems start when every user creates their own folders, shares links without a plan, or stores important business files in personal locations that nobody else understands.

We can help decide what belongs in a user’s OneDrive, what should be shared through SharePoint, and how Teams should connect to those files so staff have a consistent place to work.

Migration without unnecessary disruption

A Microsoft 365 migration normally involves more than copying mail. Domain and DNS changes, mailbox data, mobile devices, Outlook profiles, shared mailboxes and user access all need to be coordinated. We plan the changeover so the new service is ready before the old one is retired.

Security and backup planning

Multi-factor authentication, sensible administrator roles and supported devices are important parts of a Microsoft 365 setup. We also review how important Microsoft 365 data would be recovered after accidental deletion, account compromise or another incident, and whether an independent backup service is appropriate for the business.

Questions we get asked

Can you move our existing email to Microsoft 365?

Yes. We plan the migration, prepare the domain and DNS, move the mailboxes and devices, then confirm mail flow before the old service is retired.

Which Microsoft 365 plan do we need?

That depends on the applications, security and device-management features you actually use. We review the requirement first so you are not paying for licences the business does not need.

Can you manage staff starting and leaving?

Yes. New accounts, licences and access can be set up consistently, and departing staff can be disabled, secured and handed over without losing business email or files.
