Do we have to be on a contract?
No. Plenty of customers use us ad hoc. But a contract works out cheaper per hour and means you are not at the back of the queue when something breaks.
Do you support home computers?
No — we work with businesses. If you need a home machine looked at, call anyway and we will point you to someone local who does that work properly.
