Then we cable and configure the system properly for reliable day-to-day use.

Pricing and site assessment

Every CCTV installation is different. The number and type of cameras, cable runs, mounting heights, recording storage and remote viewing requirements all affect the work involved, so we quote each project individually after assessing the site.

A minimum site fee of $199 inc. GST applies for an on-site visit to evaluate the installation. If you go ahead with the project, the $199 is deducted from your final invoice.

How many cameras do I need?

Camera count is the wrong first question. Work out what you need to see and where, and the number falls out of that. Four well-placed cameras beat twelve badly-placed ones every time.

How long is footage kept?

That depends on the recorder and the number of cameras. Tell us the retention you need — 30 days is common — and we size the storage for it.
